DoseMed is a free, privacy-first medication reminder and pill tracker for iPhone that works without an account.
DoseMed started from a simple idea: a medication reminder should be useful without becoming one more place your health data is stored. So the app does not ask who you are. You install it, add your medications and get on with your day.
Drug information in DoseMed comes from DailyMed, the U.S. National Library of Medicine's archive of FDA-approved drug labelling. It is the same labelling text a pharmacist reads, not a summary we wrote. It is authoritative for U.S. products but can lag real-world practice, and products outside the United States may differ.
The AI assistant helps you research and organise questions about the medications on your list. It is not a clinician. Language models can be confidently wrong, so treat its answers as a prompt for a conversation with your pharmacist or doctor.
DoseMed is built by DevSome Tech, an independent software studio based in Türkiye. It launched on the App Store in 2024 and is distributed only through the Apple App Store.
What DoseMed will not do
- Diagnose you, or tell you to start, stop or change a dose.
- Replace the conversation you should have with a pharmacist or physician.
- Sell, share or mine your health data.
