DoseMed works for pets too. Add your pet's medication, such as insulin, a seizure medicine or a thyroid tablet, set the times, and log each dose. The database includes 370+ veterinary products, and refill alerts warn before the supply from your vet runs out.

How to set it up
- 1Add the medication: search for veterinary products (marked with a paw) or type the name.
- 2Name it so you can tell it apart, for example "Max: insulin".
- 3Set the times and days your vet prescribed.
- 4Enter the number of tablets or doses to get a refill warning.
- 5Log each dose with Taken, so everyone at home can check the schedule on that phone.
Features that help
Daily pet medications
Dogs and cats with diabetes, epilepsy, thyroid or heart conditions often need medication at the same times every day. Missing or doubling a dose matters for them just as it does for people, and pets can't tell you whether they already had it.
Who gave the last dose?
When a dose is logged in DoseMed, the schedule shows it as taken with the time. On a shared household phone, that answers the "did you already give it?" question.
What DoseMed does not do
- There are no separate pet profiles; pet medications appear in the same schedule as yours.
- Schedules repeat on chosen weekdays. Monthly treatments such as some flea or heartworm preventives can't be set as a monthly repeat.
- Reminders and logs stay on one phone and aren't shared with other family members.
