How to set it up
- 1Add your medication by name, for example Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound.
- 2Set one time, then select only your injection day of the week (for example, Sunday).
- 3Write the current dose in the dosage field, and update it when your prescriber changes it.
- 4Turn on stock tracking and enter the number of doses you have left, so you are warned before you run out.
- 5Tap Taken on the reminder after each injection.

Why weekly doses get missed
Daily medications become habits. A once-a-week injection doesn't get that repetition, and a busy week can push it out of mind. A fixed day, a reminder and a log of past shots fix that.
Know which day you injected
Every injection you mark as taken is logged with the date and time, so you can see when the last one was. That also helps when you travel or your routine changes.
